DSI offers a cash bonus to regular salaried and hourly employees who refer candidates who are subsequently hired for full time, regular salaried and hourly technical positions within DSI. The employee referral bonus is $1500 per successful referral.

Employees who know of a colleague or a friend, who qualify for employment at DSI may recommend that person by submitting the resume via email to referrals@dolphinsolutionsinc.comIf the referred person is hired or remains employed by DSI for the period of time stated below, the employee who made the referral will earn bonus. The email record of the referral is the proof that a referral was submitted on a specific date by a specific employee.

Once the referred candidate is hired and continuous employment for a minimum period of 30 days, the referring employee will receive 50% of the total bonus from DSI. After the referred employee surpasses 6 months of continuous employment in good standing, the referring employee will receive the balance of the referral bonus.

Project Referrals:

Employees may also refer projects and position openings at the client site. The same incentive bonus of $1500 for each successful referral applies to both project and position referrals.

Referral Program requirements and Limitations:

Several requirements and limitations exist, and it is your responsibility to be fully aware of the limitations:

• There is only one referral bonus awarded for hire. In the event that more than one employee refers a specific candidate, the bonus will be granted to employee who makes the earliest referral.

• Bonuses are awarded for the filing of salaried and technical positions only.
• You must be an active employee of DSI in order to be eligible to receive referral bonus.
• All referrals expire 6 months following the date of submission
• An employee referral is null and void when the candidate themselves submit an employment application to DSI or is referred by another employee within 6(six) months prior to your referral or if the candidate was referred by an agency or an outside party within 12 months prior to your referral.

If you make the 4th successful referral, in addition to receiving bonus of $1500 you will also receive a one round-trip ticket at DSI expense to any destination of your choice!
